Social Events
We are lucky to have an active social side to our club.
During 2010 the club celebrated 50 years by holding a Jubilee evening held on 24th April at Bingley St Ives Golf Club. It was hugely successful and photos are shown below.
The last social occasion was the club golf competition which this year was held at Northcliffe Golf Club, Shipley on Thursday 24th June – this once again proved hugely successful.
Following the American Tournament (27th October) there will be food arranged at the Black Swan.
Quiz evening is currently being planned to take place Autumn/Winter - please keep an eye on the website for further information.
We are also considering a pre-Christmas get-together; look out for further details shortly.
The committee always welcomes suggestion from members for forthcoming social occasions and one currently being investigated is a wine tasting evening – more of this soon.

Jubilee evening highlights:
The Golf evening held on 18th June was blessed with good weather and much good-humoured banter! The facilities at Keighley Golf Club were excellent and everyone had a thoroughly enjoyable evening. The winner of the Golf competition is a well known local bandit - we wont name him here - he knows who he is!

The club ran a Quiz Evening at the Brown Cow in Bingley on Sunday 5th April 2009. It was a brilliant success and everyone had a great night out plus it proved a very worthwhile fund raising occasion too.
